psychological effects?
How can one identify they are under stress? What are the
signs? Is stress unavoidable?
What is the difference between stress and tension?
The Solution
What are some of the tools we can use to identify stress
and how to effectively use them?
What are the ways we can avoid it? Do’s and Don’ts
If we are in it, how can we get out of it? Do’s and
Don’ts
What are some techniques we can use to manage and even
prevent stress and how to effectively use them?
Participants will learn meditation, self talk, shifting
perception, affirmations, changing old and ineffective
beliefs
